On May 18th, 2026, our Librarian, Rev. Norman Goos,  gave our third presentation of 2026.  The lecture centered on the events leading to the Battle of Chestnut Neck, its outcome and ramifications regarding the Revolutionary War.

In addition to being our Librarian, Rev. Goos is the Past Atlantic County Historian, Past President of the New Jersey Society Sons of the American Revolution and Past President of the Col. Richard Somers Chapter, NJ Society of the American Revolution.
