Listed below are the family bibles in the Atlantic County Historical Society’s collection. In days gone by the family bible was was the “official” recording place for major family events; births, deaths, marriages, burial, etc. As such they can prove to be an invaluable resource for anyone researching their family history.

Please note! Because of their size and fragility, the bibles are stored offsite and copies or transcripts of the genealogical information are available for researchers to use in the library.
