Installation Luncheon

This year we are offering two methods of signing up for our annual Installation Luncheon.  The first is the traditional method where you fill out the form, write a check and mail it to us.  The second method is to fill out an online form, provide a Credit Card number and submit it at the push of button.  Please note that your credit card information will be manually entered by our staff upon receipt (too many fees associated with automatic entry, we’re very frugal).
